Park Info
Banksia Tourist Park is an ideal base for exploring the sights and attractions of Perth and surrounds. An oasis for escaping the hustle and bustle, the park’s picturesque grounds are dotted with wildflowers and native birds and comfortable options for camping, cabin and chalet accommodation. Perth city is an easy 20 minute drive away, and Perth airport is 15 minutes.
Banksia Tourist Park's facilities include a café’ style camp kitchen with 900mm stove and full-sized fridge with ample seating for large groups, relaxing lounge and recreation room, undercover playground, grand pool, gazebo barbeques, dog walk areas and laundries.
Best of all, some of our cabins and sites are dedicated to allow dogs, so the whole family can enjoy a comfortable holiday.
Superb Family Chalets sleep between six and eight people and include a well-appointed kitchen, dining and lounge area. They also have reverse cycle air-conditioning and an outdoor dining space too.
Open plan Superior Family Cabins sleep up to six people and feature a queen bed and a set of bunks while chalets sleep two to four people comfortably and include kitchenette with a convection microwave, fridge and portable cooktop. The shared undercover outdoor dining area is another great inclusion with this accommodation.
Superior Cabins are perfect for couples and have a stylish ensuite. The recently refurbished Budget Cabins can accommodate two people in an open plan configuration and have a queen bed as well as a great kitchenette with a microwave, bar fridge, electric frypan and utensils.
If you’re bringing your own caravan or camper trailer, consider choosing an ensuite powered sites with access to your own toilet and shower. These locations are secluded from nearby sites by beautiful native flora and you’ll be able to park your van on a large level concrete pad. The sites are also well placed to Banksia’s camp kitchen and huge recreation room, on site phones and internet. Likewise, the powered and powered dog sites are great options and offer similar benefits. All of their sites are set amongst the park’s beautiful native gardens, and large shady trees, providing a relaxing environment for your next stay.
Standard powered sites are very spacious and can accommodate any caravan, campervan or motorhome, so you shouldn’t have any issues setting up your annex or awning either. They’re conveniently located near the laundry and close to other park amenities. Best of all, they’re surrounded by native trees and shrubs and individually serviced with water, power and waste point. There’s plenty of room to move in wide open spaces and they’re surrounded by native flora and fauna in a peaceful setting.
Cook up a storm in the state of the art camp kitchen, featuring modern stainless benches and appliances, full height fridge / freezer, large stove, oven and microwave.
