Venus Bay Beachfront Tourist Park enjoys absolute beach frontage on the beautiful Venus Bay in South Australia. Located on the Eyre Peninsula, Venus Bay is known for its fantastic fishing and beautiful scenery. The park is ideal for exploring the rugged, beautiful Eyre Peninsula, or casting a line and trying for that perfect catch.
The park offers a range of accommodation from the King George or Tommy Cabins which sleep 4 people through to the Trevalley Cabin which sleeps up to 7. These fishing-inspired cabins have well-appointed kitchenettes, TV, dining area and private bathrooms as well as shady verandahs where you can sit out of an evening with your feet up and discuss the day’s catch.
If you’ve arrived in Venus Bay with a caravan or a tent, there are a range of sites, some even with beach frontage so you can enjoy the sunset over the bay each evening unimpeded. All visitors have access to the large camp kitchen with plenty of seating and plenty of character. There is also a laundry and swimming pool for guests and easy beach access right from the grounds.
While in Venus Bay you can enjoy beautiful beaches, endless sand dunes and scenic trails to walk or cycle along. Or perhaps try one of the challenging inland 4-WD tracks or take in the spectacular view of the Southern Ocean from the nearby cliffs.
Venus Bay is famous for its great fishing and water sports. The bay is calm and protected which means it’s perfect for swimming. Or you can make use of the discounted boat hire at Venus Bay Beachfront Tourist Park and head out into the bay to fish or explore the surrounding coastline.
